Q; How long will it take you to make a baby?

A; This all depends on How intricate you want your baby,size, and how many "extras" you would like, generaly it will take me from 1-4 weeks after i have recieved the doll parts. ( 3weeks for the realy intricate) in saying this i generally have about a month-2 months wait list.

please check with me first if you have a certain time you need it by or want to know more.

please note** with my pre orderd solid silicone editions your wait time is variable over a few moths the amount of time it takes to mould and cast my OOAK into Silicone.

as i always say it is still quicker than waiting for a real baby to arrive ;-)!!! ( and just as cute hee hee ;-))

however i do give updates on my progress for you and i am always happy to answer your emails from time to time while you wait.

 

Q; How long does it take to recieve the doll parts?

A; normally about 7-8 working days after being orderd ( which is done once first payment is made.)

 

Q; I have heard alot of stories about people getting reborns and they look no where near as nice as thier sales photos....Do you offer a Guarantee on your babies?

A; YES! I certainly do! please read it on the home page, scroll down, it is in RED.I believe it is most important to depict each of my babies in as true a light as possible so there is no guessing what your baby will look like in person!! YOUR Happiness is of the UTMOST importance to me!

 

Q; i have a Doll that i would like to just get "brought to life" by you,can you do this?, how much do you charge?

A; YES...For a Straight reborn on your doll it will cost $600. for one from photos it will cost $700. (U.S.$) + postage

 

Q;What do you mean by payment plan? How does this work?

A; Payment plans are simple... they allow you to make payments on your baby in smaller amounts over time. if you want a Payment plan all you have to do is work out what kind of Deposit you can put down ( $250. minium) and then work out what weekly/monthly payments you can do and tell me and i will see if that suits me too. I am pretty willing to help :-) if it suits me too then we can move forward and find you a baby :-)

Q; What payment methods do you accept?

A; i can accept Paypal ( www.paypal.com )  or Bank deposit ONLY. Bank deposit can be National or International.

NO MONEY ORDERS NO BANCK CHECKS SORRY.

 

Q; How long will my baby take to reach me via the post?

A; if you are in the U.S.A it can take about 9 working days.

if you are based here in Australia.. 1 week

other parts can vary but about 1 and a half weeks usualy.

 

Q; What type of Colouring media do you use on the babies? how long will it last??

A; ON REBORNS...I Only use Tried and tested Genisis HEAT SET Paints and PURE EARTH Colour PIGMENTS. These are all PERMANENT, and light fast. (non fading) it will not Rub off or Chip off.

even the spit bubbles are permanent :-).

A; ON SOLID SILICONES... I use PHSYCO special silicone paints these are very durable on Silicone although totally different to the paint i use on my reborns.

 

Q;Do you use SAND to weight your babies?

A; NO! DEFINATLEY NOT. i only use glass beads i do this so any baby can be shipped ANYWHERE without a customs problem. Also note that if you want "baby fat" squishy pellets they are not a problem either, and i do make sure it is self contained and  not used in vinyl limbs. (which do to an incompatible chemical make up when placed together can go "off" in the limbs)

 

Q; Can you Reborn my Reborn again?

A No Sorry... i do not work with previously Reborned dolls. (Unless they are only  a little reborn check with me to see if your doll qualifies)

 

Q; Can you fix my broken Reborn?

A; Depends on what you want fixed, but yes, i can fix somethings.

 

Q; can you make any of your babies with a Darker skin complexion like an African American?

A; Yes, i certainly can :-) ANY skin tone you desire :-).

 

Q; can I change the name you have given my baby?

A; Yes :-) I am More than Happy to change Babies name to your wishes, as long as you let me know ASAP before baby has been shipped :-)

 

Q; What type of silicone do you use on your Silicone dolls?

A; I Use The higest quality "dragon skin" silicone as used in the special effects industry. it is food grade and totally skin safe!
